Deployment preparation

Before installation, gather information about your work devices and AI services. This page explains what is installed and what your IT team needs to prepare.

What gets installed

What is installed

The TETRA server component runs on the customer’s Linux server. Employee devices use a browser extension or agent. The customer’s team installs TETRA using a script provided by TETRA.

Internet access and updates

The management component and updates require internet access. Updates are installed through the administrative console. Agree on the necessary network permissions with your IT team before deployment.

What to prepare

Owners for the server, work devices, and information security.
A Linux server for the server component.
A list of AI services, browsers, desktop apps, and operating systems.
A user group and work tasks to observe.
Questions about event access, data retention, and ongoing support.
Request the Linux version requirements, server specifications, network requirements, and installation script from the TETRA team.

How to check the installation

Use fictional data. Send an agreed test prompt through the selected AI service and check that an event appears in the console. Record the service, access method, and result. During a monitoring-only pilot, the prompt should be sent unchanged and must not be blocked.

Get technical information for your environment

Tell us which servers, devices, and AI services your company uses, and we’ll send installation requirements and instructions.
